Today Elicit takes a big leap forward. **We're excited to invite you to the beta launch of our agentic platform.** Our agentic platform is more flexible and powerful than anything you’ve seen in Elicit to date, while still upholding our values around systematicity and transparency.

With our agentic platform, Elicit now enables a few critical upgrades:

**Search over many more sources**  
The agentic platform expands Elicit to many data sources beyond academic literature. You can search across commercial data (e.g. company filings and websites, vendor websites), regulatory data (FDA labels, MAUDE) and scientific data (papers, conference proceedings, preprints) all in one place.

**Support flexible exploration and iteration**  
Unlike the structure embedded in systematic reviews, workflows on the agentic platform are flexible. They can generate tables, or reports, or both. You can use chat to edit any of these deliverables, or spin up additional tables and reports to iterate toward your goal.

**Support new use cases**  
These two capabilities combine to enable entirely new workflows, including:

- **Competitive landscapes** to map out and compare different products or companies
- **Research landscapes** to understand the key authors and approaches in a field
- **Clinical trial analyses** to analyze trial data and outcomes across multiple studies
- **General exploration** to investigate any topic without predefined structure

The result: research that used to take days can now happen in hours, all while maintaining Elicit's systematic approach and comprehensive citations.
